• The full URL of the offending content.
• What the problem is (phishing, malware, spam, etc.).
• Any evidence — screenshots, email headers, scanner output.

Copyright (DMCA) notices

If you believe content hosted on our Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@freevpsserver.net containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
2. The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed.
3. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

On receipt of a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the account holder. Account holders may submit a counter-notice; repeat infringers have their accounts terminated.

Requests from law enforcement should be sent to support@freevpsserver.net. We respond to valid legal process in accordance with applicable law.
