Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
A free VPS is a privilege that depends on everyone using it responsibly. This policy lists what is not allowed. Breaching it can lead to immediate suspension or deletion of your VPS and account, without notice.
Prohibited content and activity
- Phishing and fraud — pages that impersonate banks, payment services, brands or login screens, or that collect credentials or personal data deceptively.
- Malware — hosting, distributing or controlling malware, web shells, exploit kits or botnet infrastructure.
- Spam — sending unsolicited email, or hosting content promoted by spam. Outbound SMTP is blocked on free VPSes.
- Crypto-mining — mining or proof-of-work computation of any kind, including browser-based miners on hosted pages.
- Copyright infringement — pirated movies, music, software, books or streams, and sites that link to or index them.
- Attacks on others — DDoS, port scanning, brute-forcing, vulnerability scanning or any unauthorised access attempts.
- Illegal content — anything unlawful where you are or where the Service is operated, including child sexual abuse material, which we report to the authorities.
- Adult content — pornography or sexually explicit material.
- Hate and harassment — content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on who they are, or that harasses specific individuals.
- Deceptive sites — fake stores, counterfeit goods, "get rich quick" schemes, fake downloads.
Resource rules
- Stay within your plan's disk and bandwidth limits.
- Don't run anything that degrades the server for other users, such as sustained high CPU, excessive processes or background daemons unrelated to a website.
- One Free Learner VPS per person. Don't create multiple accounts to get more free resources.
- Free VPSes are for learning, testing and small personal projects — not for reselling, proxying, VPN exit nodes or file-sharing hubs.
Enforcement
We scan publicly accessible content on free VPSes automatically. High-confidence matches (for example, a brand-impersonation page with a password form) are suspended immediately; lower-confidence matches are flagged for review. Repeated or serious breaches result in account deletion and may be reported to relevant authorities.
