Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you use freevpsserver.net, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

We do not ask for payment details. If you activate a plan fulfilled by a third-party provider, any payment information is collected by that provider under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use it

3. Cookies

We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots, which may set its own cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with the providers needed to run the Service: Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, bot protection), our email delivery provider (transactional email), and our hosting infrastructure provider (the server your VPS runs on). If you choose a plan from a third-party cloud provider, you deal with them directly. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, or we delete it, your data and VPS are removed. Abuse-prevention logs and email delivery records are kept for up to 90 days.

6. Your rights

You can view and change your name and password, and delete your account entirely, from Settings. For anything else — access, correction or deletion requests — email support@freevpsserver.net.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change when we do.
