Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of freevpsserver.net ("the Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service lets you create an account and launch a virtual private server ("VPS") with a web control panel. The Free Learner VPS is provided at no cost and includes limited resources (currently 500 MB of disk) for a limited period (currently 7 days), after which it and all of its files are automatically deleted. Other plans may be offered inside your dashboard; some are fulfilled by third-party cloud providers under their own terms, which you accept separately when you activate them.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You must provide a working email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• One Free Learner VPS per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free resources is not permitted.

3. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: no phishing, malware, spam, crypto-mining, copyright infringement, or anything illegal. We run automated content checks and may suspend or delete a VPS or account that breaches these rules, without prior notice.

4. Data, backups and deletion

Free Learner VPSes are temporary. We do not keep backups of your files. When a VPS expires or is deleted — by you, by us, or automatically — its contents are permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Back up anything you want to keep before expiry.

5. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running but make no guarantee of uptime, performance or data durability, and we may change, limit or discontinue any part of it at any time.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim — which, for a free plan, is nil.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and continued use of the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts there.
